Who we are
Bath Quest is operated by Tavnia, a trade name of an individual sole proprietor in Alabama, USA. Contact: tavniaCC@gmail.com.
Who this is for
Accounts are for adults (18+) who buy digital products. Children should not create accounts.
What we collect
The free maze maker needs no account and stores nothing about you. If you create an account we store your email address, your orders, what you own, and a log of downloads so we can fix failed downloads. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
What we never collect
We do not collect health, diagnosis or developmental information, and we do not build profiles of children.
Payments
When checkout opens, card details will be handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store card numbers.
Analytics and advertising
We do not use advertising trackers. Marketing links may carry campaign tags (for example, that a visit came from Pinterest) to count visits in aggregate. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep data
Order and purchase records are kept as long as needed for downloads, tax and dispute records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
