14-day refunds
Not happy with a digital PDF collection? Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded purchases lose download access.
Faulty or failed downloads
If a file won't download or is faulty, we'll fix or resend it, or refund you — even after 14 days.
How refunds are made
Refunds are issued by the owner through the payment processor to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank — we'll respond within 2 business days and resolve it directly where we can.
Subscriptions and cancellations
There are no subscriptions or recurring billing at this time, so there's nothing to cancel.
Physical items
Physical products are not sold at this time.
